            I learned something that makes perfect sense.  God created us, so he should know what will be good for us and what will harm us.  I know that the people I took quotes from only want us to be happy and healthy.  Right now I think I’m pretty good at following the don’ts on the list.  I just need to do other things like a more balanced diet.  So it is something we need to think about when we do or don’t do things that effect our body, that It I a commandment to be as healthy as you can be.  It’s for our own benefit.  It’s also important to hang out with others that won’t push you to disobey the Word of Wisdom.  This is very important and something I’m definitely going to change in my life.  Friends wouldn’t want me to do something that was bad for me or pressure me into doing things.
